Who's Hungry: Chicken Kabab Fry is a healthy, flavorsome easy and quick basic recipe for you. This recipe serves as an appetizer or aside dish which will be your family favorite.

Ingredients to make Chicken Air kabab:
tbsp= tablespoon, 1 cup = 240 ml
10-12 pieces Chicken Drumsticks (leg piece)
1/2 cup Teju (brand) Kebab masala
1 tsp 10-12 pieces Chicken (leg piece)
2 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Oil
Water - as needed
How to make Chicken Kabab:
Wash and pat dry 10 - 12 pieces of the chicken drumsticks/leg. You can take use either chicken with skin or without.
Make slits in the chicken drumstick. Slitting the drumsticks
helps in marinating deep inside.
In a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup teju kabab masala, 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp Vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil, water as needed. mix well
Add 10 - 12 pieces of the chicken drumsticks/leg.
How to Air fry:
Place the marinated Drumsticks in an Airfryer. Do not overload.
Follow the instruction given to air fry the chicken drumsticks. I usually fry for 120 degrees for 20 minutes.
My Tip:
Slitting the drumsticks helps in marinating deep inside.
Make a thick batter of flowing consistency and not runny.
Be sure to drain the water completely before marinating the chicken.
Set aside for 15 to 30 minutes so that the drumsticks are well marinated.
For best results, allow the marination of chicken for at least 2 hours
I usually refrigerate the marinated chicken or an hour and allow it to rest for an hour or a few minutes before frying.
For the juicy chicken always fry till its 90% done.
You can also oil fry, grill or barbeque the chicken drumsticks/leg.
You can take any either fry whole chicken or take mixed chicken parts.
