Want to try a very healthy Indian street food loaded with an interesting mix of spices and flavors with appetizing paneer.

So here is a rich, extremely simple yet palatable Paneer roll is a treat to taste buds at any-time anywhere.
Ingredients
tbsp = Tablespoon : tsp=Teaspoon : 1 cup= 240 ml
450 - 500 grams Paneer
1/2 cup Hung Curd
3/4 tbsp Tandoori mix powder
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
1/4 tsp Corriander Powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Capsicum
2 Tbsp Fresh Cream
How to make Paneer Tikka Roll
Marination:
In a mixing bowl take Hung Curd 1/2 cup, 1/2 cup Hung Curd, 3/4 tbsp Tandoori mix powder, 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder,1/4 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder, 1/4 tsp Corriander Powder and Salt to taste.
Mix well. Now add 200 grams paneer, which has been chopped in cubes.
Gently mix and let the marination coat the paneer cubes evenly. Either rest for 5-10 minutes or cook immediately.
Stuffing Preparation:
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan on medium flame.
Add the entire marinated paneer cubes. Add the entire marination.
Saute for a minute.
Now add 1/4 cup Capsicum.
Saute until the oil separates from marination.
Add 2 Tbsp Fresh Cream. Mix well. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Once the paneer is done, remove the pan from the flame and keep aside.
Assembling Paneer Roll:
Take one Tortilla.
Spread tomato chili sauce.
Now place the paneer tikka stuffing in the center.
Top with Raw diced Onion.
Roll Tortilla and make a wrap.
Paneer Roll Preparation:
Heat the pan on medium flame. Roast till tortilla is cooked.
First cook the edge of the tortilla so that the edge sticks to the tortilla.
Your Paneer Tikka Roll is ready.
My Tips:
The one side of tortillas is always 1/4th cooked. The second side of the tortilla is ½ cooked.
Always stuff the tortilla which is 1/2 cooked.
Adjust salt and spice according to your taste.
